How do I get paid?

You earn money and get paid like this:

You sell one or more items via your store.
You fulfill and complete the order.
We add your earnings to your ToldYa seller account.
You get the money from your ToldYa seller account deposited directly to your bank account.

Step 1: You sell one or more items via your store

Start by selling one or more items via your ToldYa store. Both you and the buyer will receive an order confirmation email. Your email will contain a link to your order management page. The buyer's email acts as their official ToldYa receipt and will contain a link to view the order and contact you if necessary.

Step 2: You fulfill and complete the order

Your order management page provides easy-to-follow instructions for how to fulfill your order. How you fulfill your new order depends on the type of item you sold:

Type of item sold	How to fulfill the order
Products sold for delivery	1) You ship the product(s) to the buyer and get a tracking number from the shipper. 2) Your enter the tracking number into our system.
Products sold for pickup	1) You collect the ToldYa receipt from the buyer when they pick the product(s) up from you. 2) You enter the code from the receipt into our system.
Services	1) You perform the service. 2) You collect the ToldYa receipt from the buyer after you have completed the service. 3) You enter the code from the receipt into our system.
Events	You host the event.

Step 3: We add your earnings to your ToldYa seller account

Once your order is completed, we add your earnings to your ToldYa seller account. When we add your earnings to your seller account depends on the type of item you sell:

Type of item sold	When we add your earnings to your seller account
Products sold for delivery	within 48 hours of delivery confirmation - ToldYa handles this process for you automatically (using the tracking number you entered in step 2 above) and will inform both you and the buyer when the shipping company reports delivery was successful. We allow the buyer 48 hours to report any problems before automatically adding your earnings to your ToldYa seller account.
Products sold for pickup	as soon as you enter the receipt code from step 2
Services	as soon as you enter the receipt code from step 2
Events	within 48 hours of the end of the event - We allow the buyer 48 hours to report any problems before automatically adding your earnings to your ToldYa seller account.

Step 4: You get the money from your ToldYa seller account deposited directly to your bank account.

You can get some or all of your earnings transferred directly to your bank account at any time.
